Please Note:
- All children must be currently enrolled Converse Elementary students.
- This event is being run by the Converse Elementary PTO, not Converse Elementary. Volunteers will be cleared before interacting with children.
- No accommodations can be made for children who need individualized assistance, such as assistance with bathroom needs, behavior, or transitioning from activity to activity.
- Children who are exhibiting inappropriate behavior will be removed from the activity and need to be picked up no later than thirty minutes after being called, or at the end of the event, whichever comes first.
- A photo ID must be presented when dropping off and picking up.
- All children must be dropped off and picked up by the listed parent or emergency contact.
- No medical personnel will be on site. Medical treatment cannot be provided beyond simple first aid.
- No refunds will be given under any circumstances.
Overview:
We will start accepting students and eating at 5:30pm
At 6:20pm we will start the movie: The Polar Express (1hr 40min)
The movie will end at approximately 8:00pm - final pick up is by 8:30pm
We will have holiday trivia as well as games and other activities
Price: $20 per student
